Second Attempts
I wrote this post quite a while ago. And once more I was reminded that some things require that second stab at it to make it work. Maybe its a true test of how badly we want something...enough to attempt it twice? Maybe it's something simpler like the second attempt takes the pressure off of you and you have a better chance for success. Whatever it is, once bitten twice is lucky. Let's hope that holds good.

Second Attempt...You are right...A lot of things seems to work out well the second time..or even the third time...as long as you are approaching it from a different perspective. As they say Practice makes a man (rather a person) perfect. Coming to luck I can never rationalize it..I think people try to make sense of things which are beyond their control so that they can feel secure...thanks for blogging. I certainly enjoy them..
Hi Anon -> Thanks for your sweet comments... Keep visiting the blog! But yeah, 'luck' is a generalization when something goes well and you probably don't want to claim credit for it... And yes, it is definitely irrational.
I completely agree with you Jaya, people generalize incidents which goes well as "luck", at one point of time in their life but as time goes by....at a different level..the same soul forgets the past and the so called luck..And i disagree to Anon's statement...Don't you think people should take the responsibility of the incidents in their life and thus the impact in other's life rather than blaming fate by terming it as "Beyond their Control".
However what Anon said is true....I too enjoy all your blogs.....
