So the other day I had time on my hands... Hence, dinner was served. Piping hot and all from scratch. Enough said. You’ve already gotten the channa recipe. And the samosas? Separate blog to follow.
Crispy hot samosas. Serve piping hot with ketchup/chutney. We’ve saved these to serve with channa as chaat.
And here’s a shot of the full dish as served…
Served with freshly chopped onions and tomatoes and a hint of yogurt. Add samosas to channa only just before serving.
