Once in a while when I am too bored to think of anything creative or long-drawn to make, I end up making some pasta. Funnily though,
S isn’t a big fan of pasta at home (particularly ‘coz I am a miser with cheese) and so I usually have to save it up for occasions when he isn’t around. With cricket season starting today, it was the perfect idea for brunch. And so I just tossed in a bit of whatever I could find – in this case it was spring onion (bulb and leaf), carrots, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes (my absolute favorite). I seasoned it with some Provençal herbs and salt n pepper. And voilà, quick, easy and tasty… a hard combo to resist. Bon Appétit!
PS: Happy Birthday SM :)

I just love pasta! And your photo truly deserves to be in a magazine about pasta!
The time I lived in Italy I ate it e-v-e-r-y day!
Besides "standard" procedures, I like to add butter to the boiling water and just then insert the pasta.
Monsal -> You're just too kind. Thanks once again :)
